By booking a service through this website or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of service
TV Repair coordinates independent, verified technicians for doorstep appliance repair. We are a private service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised service centre of any appliance manufacturer.
3. Booking and pricing
Estimated visiting charges shown on this website are indicative and confirmed at the time of booking. The final repair cost is shared by the technician after diagnosis and must be approved by you before any repair work begins. Prices may vary based on the actual issue, parts required, and location.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by calling us before the technician is dispatched. Cancellation after a technician has been dispatched may attract a nominal visiting charge.
5. Warranty
Completed repairs carry a 30-day warranty covering the specific part and labour involved in that repair, unless stated otherwise at the time of service. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, misuse, or damage after the repair.
6. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and address information, ensure safe access to the appliance for the technician, and be present or reachable at the scheduled time.
7. Limitation of liability
While we take reasonable care in vetting technicians, TV Repair is not liable for pre-existing appliance conditions, indirect damages, or losses beyond the value of the specific service booked.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
